End User Licence Agreement
This EULA explains the licence terms for installing and using the ApexSpin Windows desktop application.
Licence grant
ApexSpin grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software while their trial or subscription is active.
Restrictions
Users may not reverse engineer, modify, resell, redistribute, bypass licence checks, share access credentials or use the software to create a competing product.
Device activation
ApexSpin may use device activation to protect subscriptions and prevent misuse. The final allowed number of devices will be shown in the account/subscription area.
No gambling guarantee
ApexSpin provides analysis, tracking and testing tools. It does not guarantee winnings or remove the risk of gambling losses.
Updates
ApexSpin may provide updates, fixes and improvements. Some features may require internet access for licence checks, updates, account management or support.
Termination
The licence may be suspended or terminated if the user breaches these terms, attempts to bypass licensing or abuses the service.
