This Privacy Policy explains how ApexSpin handles account, licence, subscription and support data for the ApexSpin desktop application and website.
Information we collect
When the online platform is active, ApexSpin may collect account details such as name, email address, licence status, subscription status, payment provider reference, device activation information, support messages and download activity.
Roulette session data
ApexSpin is designed so roulette session data remains on the user's device unless a future feature clearly asks the user to upload or synchronise data. Licensing checks do not require roulette spin history.
How information is used
Information is used to create accounts, verify access, manage trials, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, improve security and deliver software updates.
Payments
Payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment provider. ApexSpin should not store full card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.
Security
Passwords should be hashed, traffic should be encrypted with HTTPS, and licence checks should use secure API calls. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure, but ApexSpin will follow reasonable security practices.
